Can Working Out Help You In Your Career Goals?

If you've started a muscle building program, and want to see the fastest, strongest results possible then you need to know going in just what those best results would look like for you, and why.

Most guys enter into a muscle-building program to get big. No doubt about it, the bigger the better. Is that really true, though? Does bigger equal better in most cases? I say no. You have to decide for yourself what your goals are when it comes to a muscle-building program, but my money is on the fact that most guys are doing this type of training to become more attractive to women! Come on admit it! The main reason you are doing this is so you can be attractive to the opposite sex.

Okay, with that out of the way, we need to know exactly what kind of male physique attracts women, and how we can achieve that form. Studies have shown that contrary to popular belief, a huge chest and sleeve-busting biceps aren't the sure-fire attraction that we have thought for a long time now. What is true about attracting female attention is the same as it has been for centuries.

There is a classic form that has been ascribed to the ideal male form since recorded history begin, and that is found in a mathematical equation known as the "Golden Ratio". It is expressed as 1:1.618 and has been used for centuries by the world's most revered artists, architects and scientists as a way to translate the perfect male physique into being. Names like Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Euclid and others have used this ratio to not only capture the classic male shape, but to give a comprehensive explanation of the processes used in coming up with these shapes.

Research has shown that without doubt women are more likely to be attracted to a classic "V" shape, that being broad shoulders tapering down to a trim waist, with well-defined muscle in between. You don't have to spend half your life in the gym trying to come up with a 50-inch chest. Many men aren't blessed with the frame to handle that kind of bulk anyway. They can, however, achieve the kind of shape we've been talking about, and without having a permanent locker at the gym!

So how do we come up with a workout that will deliver us this kind of physique? There is a workout program called the "Adonis Index" that gives us a plan to reach these kind of goals, tailored for any man according his current height, weight and other measurables. It puts this kind of form within reach for all of us, and gives a clear, sane approach to reach your goals.

Contrast this to the other types of workout plans that only call for endless training, with no clear goals in mind. You'll know your goals have been met by the" Adonis Index" when you start noticing the lingering looks you're getting from women who wouldn't have previously given you a second look!
